Our bookkeeping services will cover the following stages:

• When you begin your services with us, we will perform any initial bookkeeping cleanup that is needed and complete initial setup.  This includes customizing your chart of accounts and connecting your banks. 

• Continued bookkeeping will include categorization of your transactions and account reconciliations. Depending on the plan you select, any additional reconciliations and general ledger account maintenance will be completed consistent with the services covered in your package.

• Once complete, your bookkeeping professional closes your books and sends your financial reports included in your pricing package

Your bookkeeping professional will go over your reports to ensure you understand your financial situation, but may not provide financial or business advice. 

Our services do not include payroll, billing, invoice distribution, collections, or inventory management. We do not provide financial and tax advisory services.
